Surface Pro stuck at American Megatrends TPM page.
For several weeks my Surface Pro has been stuck at the American Megatrends (2013) TPM page. I have no idea why? I don't recall doing any upgrades.
I've tried Deleting All Secure Boot Keys, then Installing them but his hasn't helped.
The settings are:
Trusted Platorm Module [Enabled]
Secure Boot Control [Enabled]
What can I do?
Thanks

2019-06-11T02:15:39+00:00 Hi Tim,
Nice pictures.
What product are you suffering from the issue with? Surface Pro [X]?
Do you mean to say when choosing [Exit Setup] then back to the same screen again, and never make windows booting?
If there are other pages besides the one you posted while booting, I would also recommend you to post.
One of possible solutions can be trying Recovery Image.

2019-06-11T04:29:38+00:00 Thanks Green,
I've got a Surface Pro. I think it's a Pro 2 - certainly no later than that. Running Windows 10. The problem occurred a month or more ago.
After I choose [Exit Setup] it tries to reboot, the Surface page pops up for a while then it goes to the TPM page.
I get an error message (below) when following the link to the Recovery Image. I tried to access an Image via a search but ended at the same page and the same error. I've rebooted the PC I'm using now and got the same error.
An error occurred
