Just received the following from an internal contact:

    "

Ask the customer to do the following:

    1. On each of the following drivers choose the driver rollback option
      1. Realtek High Definition Audio(SST) in Sound, video and GC
      2. Surface DTX in System devices
      3. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 9XX in Device adapters
      4. Intel(R) Smart Sound (SST) Audio Bus driver in System devices

They can choose to do the reboot once they have done all of them versus reboot on each one.  We will have update coming out that should fix this so rolling back of the driver is just a workaround to get rid of the error right now"

Opening windows security center. I found a notification about a driver issue.

Opening the troubleshooter brought me to this dialog.  Same issue? Of course, no fixes were found. The problem still exists.

    Hi,

Let's look into this concern. When did the issue start? What are recent changes made prior to the issue showing up? Do you have all the latest Surface and Windows Updates installed? Are there any specific triggers for the error?

We'll look out for your updates.

I spent 2 hours with software support reinstallimg windows 10 update and device drivers. The problem first was discovered Nov 23 after a manual update of windows 10. Prior, i would get sporadic periods where my microsoft arch mouse would stop working.

After several hours with support the problem is still present but my surface book appears to be working properly.

    My supprt # 140 624 6058.

I suspect a bug because others notice same problem.
