dead pixels on screen

is it possible to have a hundred dead pixels on the screen of a surface pro 6 monitor? they look like tiny pinpricks.

    For us to have a better check on the issue, could you please send us a photo of your Surface screen, where the dead pixels are visible?

    For the meantime try following these steps below:

    Before considering any troubleshooting options, please first make sure your device is up to date. To check for updates, just follow these steps:

    Start> Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update> then check for updates and install any available updates.

    Run Surface Diagnostics Toolkit and complete task here Fix common Surface problems using the Surface app and Surface Diagnostic Toolkit - Microsoft Support.
