Question

I got a Microsoft laptop go 2 last week (7/5/24) and it will not stay charged. When I take it off the charger at 100% it is dead within 2 hours, what can be done to fix this?

This is my most direct advice, but if you're unhappy with the battery life of the Surface laptop Go 2, since it's less than a week old, you might want to negotiate a return or exchange.
