Signing Documents in Other Apps on Surface Pro 6

Hi. I use my Surface Pro 6 for business, which requires people to sign official documents. These aren't word or PDF documents. Signatures are captured inside other company online apps.  Whenever my clients go to sign inside these other apps, the screen jumps around preventing people from actually using the touchscreen capability to sign. Is there any way around this?

We do appreciate your time in raising this one up to our attention. However We do have some questions that will help us narrow down your concern.

Does this happens with you are just using these other apps?

Only when using other company software. It's various applications for insurance sales with multiple companies. Thank you.
