Hello, I have a surface go 3 and I would like to know if I can use this laptop to write an exam with the lockdown browser. Will there be any problems if I do that and should I avoid using this laptopt? is there any possibility it will crash?

    Dear Eleanna Theotokatou

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

Regarding your question, if you just need to take the exam in a locked browser, then the Surface Go 3 performance is supportive of your usage environment.

It is also recommended that you keep your Surface Go 3 powered on.

If you are already using this device and have not experienced any blue screens or unexpected crashes, you can use it normally and go ahead and take your exam with confidence.

If your computer has previously encountered a blue screen, black screen, jamming and other unexpected states, it is recommended that you back up your important data to the cloud backup, and then reset your Surface system to the initial state, and then use WINDOWS UPDATE to update the system to the latest state, and then participate in the examination, you can avoid most of the problems that may be encountered.

I hope the above information can give you a reference.

    Best Wish
