I have recently purchased a laptop from one of your stores. But the experience is not as pleasant as it should have been. Even I, myself, would be glad if I didn’t have to write this complaint letter. But, here I am and complaining a bunch about a laptop which I just bought last year on August from your store.
Of course, if it is any consolation for you, I actually managed to work the 2-3 months on this laptop, but on 14/10/2021, for some mysterious reasons, the laptop is turn to Green Screen. However, the most frustrating part is that it not even can touch the screen and view the monitor. Then I contact with one of your agent Surya last year then everything is good with small manual troubleshooting. On 29/3/2022 the same problem is back which New Surface Laptop GO screen glitches AGAIN! and again xxxxx did contact and assist me on trouble shooting. SORRY to say I have enough of this, I ask for replacement and today 21/4/2022 guess what ? They going to do replacement for "Refurbished" laptop with my NEW Laptop (The stock is from Bayan Lepas Penang, Malaysia). I'm totally not agree and just tell to CS close my case and I will throwing my surface after the warranty end on 30/7/2022.
I disappointed with your service which Microsoft Team will do replacement with refurbished laptop. And not even have a service Centre in Malaysia and everything go through by Phone Call! Come on such a big Company not even have one Service Centre in MALAYSIA!
or you will make a full refund to me instead of your Refurbish Laptop from Bayan Lepas Penang! else please replace with the Brand New Laptop! as Apple Products!
