    Thank you for posting your concern here Microsoft Community.

    May I know what application you use in getting the option of Studio voice focus? It is a best practice to make sure that your device is up to date. Please make sure that all updates are installed.

    To get the option of Studio voice focus, make sure to enable your Windows Studio Effects for the microphone on your Surface Pro 9. You can use audio enhancements to make your web calls sound more clear. Open the Windows settings app from your system by clicking Windows Key + Ion your keyboard. And follow the instructions below

    Enable your Windows Studio Effects for the microphone.

    1. Click System in the Settings app sidebar.
    2. Click Sound.
    3. Scroll down and click All sound devices.
    4. Pick Internal Microphone Array, Front.
    5. Scroll down and look for Audio Enhancements.
    6. Pick Microsoft Windows Studio Voice Focusfrom the list.
    7. Make sure the toggle under is switched to On.

    Hi Lavenia,

    I am already aware of how to enable it but the problem is that in my system I am not getting the option. Please see the attached screen shot.

    Hi Ardamannjit Sandhu,

    Thank you for clarifying and sending us this photo. Can you make sure that all Windows updates were installed including optional updates. Restart your device once update are installed. Installing updates including optional updates have fixes common problems with the feature.
