    Hi Lâm Vũ1,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. We apologize for the performance issues you are having with your brand-new Surface device. Definitely not the experience we want to have with your Surface. Let us work on this together to fix the issue.

May I know what build version of Windows are you on?

Any changes made prior to this happen?

Did you install third-party antivirus software?

You may try the following steps below.

Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check Windows updates including optional updates if available.

See: Fix common Surface problems using the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit (microsoft.com)

To check for updates: Go to Settings >> Update and Security >> Windows updates >> Check for updates.

Check Reliability Monitor. View critical events listed to gain problem insight. If events are app specific, troubleshooting should be performed on the app (remove and reinstall and/or contact publisher)

Use Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Maintenance > View reliability history.

A recent change you made to your PC may also be the reason of the MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION. To make the computer recover from problematic software installations or updates to an earlier point when you had not encountered this error, utilize System Restore in this case. See Use System Restore - Microsoft Support.

    Perform a Memory diagnostic.

From Search, type Memory Diagnostic and run the Windows Diagnostic program.

Your computer will restart after the scan is finished, and a pop-up notification with the results should show up in the lower-right corner of the desktop view. If it doesn't, check Event Viewer for a thorough view of the scan results.

From Search, type Event Viewer and select open > click on Windows Logs followed by System > select Find in the column on the right > Type MemoryDiagnostics-Results into the Find dialog box that appears on the screen. Next, select Find Next.

I hope these helps. Let me know how it goes.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia
