I can only request for services for accessories

I asked for service for my Surface Laptop Go 2, sadly I was quite busy so I had to cancel the order cause it was over one month. So I tried requesting service today and the only options I have for service is accessories. I have one year warranty, and if you look at my previous post(it summarizes about some malfunctioning I had ever since getting the laptop). Additionally there was days free that I wanted to send my laptop for service but I didn't know where to send and even after sending the mail on where to send the laptop there was no reply. Could you please help me how to deal with this.

    Hi Kota Sugiyama,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

I understand that you're having trouble processing the replacement for your Surface Laptop Go 2 online as it only gives you the option to process an accessory.

As much as I'd love to help you with this it's just that we don't have enough tools here in the community to proceed with the process and provide the best options for you. Any replacement process is beyond our support boundaries here in the community. This is best hand handled by our live support team. Kindly reach them out to help you process the replacement instead. If you haven't received a return label with which to ship the laptop, contact them again and provide the order number then ask to send you one. You may reach them by following the instructions below.

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support
    2. Choose how you would like to get support for your Surface device.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.

You may also check this post from Barb Bowman and follow the steps with screenshots on how to reach out to our technical support team: How to get Phone and Chat Support (for Surface Home/Consumer - Microsoft Community.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia
