Which exact Surface Pro Laptop do you have?
The Surface Laptop Go (except for the entry level model) has a built in fingerprint reader, but other Surface devices do not. There is a version of the Surface type cover for Surface Pro devices that has a fingerprint reader.
Please tell us exactly which Surface you have.
I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 With Windows 10
The regular typecover for the SP7 does not have a Fingerprint Reader. Is there a problem using Windows Hello Face Recognition to sign in?
