Recently i wipe my surface pro 1796 using microsoft surface pro eraser tool now i want to reuse it but i can't ...

i tried to install windows 10 with bootable usb device but when i reached in disk utility manue  and want to create  the partition of unallocated disk it, s show me error like this "we could not create a new partition error 0×406350"

I also try to do this with diskpart  using shift+f10 key at windows installation manue but it show me this error "diskpart has encountered an error data error (cyclic redundancy check) "

After this i connected an external drive and boot into windows 10 and open disk manger to create partition but i can't  i used other third party software like mini tool partition wizard but  it shows readonly ssd  and doesn't allow me to even click on my ssd i try to remove readonly attribute using cmd but it doesn't help me...

Any one have an idea how to fix this?

a couple of things - you need to use a 16/32GB USB stick, not a USB drive or
DVD. can you run the eraser again and then try the official recovery image from
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surfacerecoveryimage   You will need a 16GB or 32GB USB stick formatted FAT32 (use a Windows computer).
Use FULL format and not quick format and give the volume a name like surfboot.
