If the dock is connected to the power adapter, you cannot see the LED light on, which means that your dock is not connected to the power supply at this time, then the dock does not work at this time.
To troubleshoot the circuit, you may need to check whether the connection is strong and whether there is a lack of contact throughout the circuit. If, after inspection, you can rule out these possibilities, the only possibility is that there is a break in the dock, and you may need to send the dock to the Surface support team for repair.

- Type Surface Dock, press Enter, and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:
