I understand that the Surface 11 Pro comes with the Windows 11 Home version loaded. Does the Windows 11 Home version support the full version of Office 365 with functions such as creating pivot tables in Excel? If not, is it possible to upgrade the Windows 11 Home to the Pro version? Appreciate any help.

Yes, Windows 11 Home will support the full of Office 365.

If you do want to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, it is very simple as long as you have a product key. It can even be a product key from Windows 10 Pro. You simply go into Settings > System > About > Product key & activation and enter the key. The system will then upgrade itself and you'll be all set after a few minutes.
