Since the new upgrade of windows  version 1607  When I open the Sign-in option under Require Sign-in I have the message in red:

windows hello is preventing some options from being shown

    and the next line

if you've been away, when should windows require you to sign in again?

the box after is grey out can't be change

      I found a solution

going to the thread posted by JO

Windows 10 on Surface pro 3, missing power setting options only see balanced option

changing the power options  available again yeah!!!!

That makes the preventing warning disappear but you only get 2 options  EVERY TIME or NEVER

can someone help so we can change how long should pass, I need something around 15 minutes mark Thanks

By setting up Windows Hello it is assumed that you want to use it to sign in every time. It is not possible to change the setting while Windows Hello is enabled.

Windows Hello assumes that you want to sign in after you've been away every time

and shows this message and won't let you change the settings.

So what does one do to prevent this message and be able to get face recognition and be able to set a pin.
