The title says it all, I updated the wifi driver to "Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110", and after that update, I can't connect to a 5GHz wifi connection, I can only connect to 2.4 GHz. when i try to connect to the 5GHz, it says: "Unable to connect to this network". Uninstalling the wifi driver, and restarting the device did help me get the 5GHz connection back to my Surface book, but when i decided to try to install the same driver again, and try to connect to 5GHz again, the same "Unable to connect to this network" appears. Does anyone have this issue?

@Microsoft - Do you guys even care to fix these issues, ongoing now for 9 months..?!
You can be sure none of us will be buying another surface device if this doesn't get resolved. I am now using a Mac as that junky Surface is not reliable for business or anything productivity related...
I wanted to add that I rolled back the WiFi adapter driver to 15.68.9127.58 and all is well. I can now connect on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. I found a high number of WPA association failures in my UniFi controller logs that are likely the culprit, but I do not have the wherewithal at the moment to troubleshoot further. The old driver meets my needs. I'll let the devs sort this one out.
they are supposed to release 1909 a week from today, but in the meantime, you
can install "fixed" drivers by carefully following the instructions I wrote up

This works only if you are on 1903/18362.
In our case we have Public and Private wifi. It was able to connect to the public but not the private. I eventually found that the problem was related to 802.11r Fast Roaming. Once I turned off the Fast Roaming in the AP's, all computers were able to connect immediately. It seems like the driver does not follow the 802.11r specification correctly. It's worth checking to see if you have Fast roaming turned on to temporarily resolve this until/if it gets fixed.
