Course 20463-D: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft® SQL Server® 2014

I have been trying to take this course online but it is not showing any payment option or how can I lead to the instructor for the same. It just shows the course outline and nothing else. So how can I do the former and the register myself for the certification program later when I have completed it ?
