What's the version of your Outlook 2019? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
I did test a lot in my environment but could not reproduce your issue in my Outlook. In order to conduct further researches on your issue, I may need you to provide more information related to your issue:
- Does this issue only happen to certain users in your organization? Or happen to all the users?
- Does this issue only happen in a specific time period of a specific calendar? It is suggested for you to try selecting other time periods on other calendars to test and see if the issue has any difference.
- By the way, does this issue only happen when using "schedule view"? What if you try the "Day view"?
