surface studio2 booting error.

Surface Studio 2 does not enter factory initialization mode. I tried it by pressing the volume button and the power button at the same time(with booting USB). It stays on the black screen. Of course, I'm using it right now because when I boot up, the login screen appears right away without a logo.

If you change the startup option after window boot or enter initialization mode, it will also go down to the black screen after the blue screen.
I think it could be a software or a registry problem. Is there any way I can get help?
With firmware upgrades and patches.

No-one here is going to help you bypass the UEFI lockout. If you do not have the administrator password that is locking you out then you do not have persmission to do so.
