Hello, Youssef BIDOUANI.
Welcome to Microsoft Community!
I am very grateful for the information you have provided on your battery report.
From here we can see that the actual capacity of your battery has dropped to a very low level. The current actual capacity is even less than one tenth of the designed capacity. This is the reason why the device discharges immediately after startup.
This can be caused by prolonged usage. That means your Surface Laptop 2's battery may have come to the end of its rope.
And for such battery issues, we usually recommend users to get in touch with Surface technical support team and learn about hardware services related to battery replacement. Unfortunately, however, the Surface Laptop 2 has been discontinued worldwide in 2024, and Microsoft has discontinued out-of-warranty repair services for this model.
As Community Support, we cannot hide this fact from you.
Considering getting a brand new device in the new year may bring more surprises and possibilities into your life. We respect any thoughts or choices you may have.
Of course, if you would like to learn about the latest Surface products, allow me to share the following links with you here:

These are some of the information I can share with you at this time.
Thank you for your understanding and support of the Microsoft community.
I wish you all the best.
Best Regards.
