I just got a surface pro 4 and when I try to connect to the wireless mouse, I couldn't find the Bluetooth icon. I try Bluetooth troubleshooting, but it can up saying that the device does not have Bluetooth. I thought all surface pro 4 has Bluetooth installed in them, can someone please help me with this situation. How to fix

several people have recently reported that for some reason, Bluetooth was

disabled in the UEFI. Can you check this?

    I had the same problem.

Turned out I had disabled my Ethernet adapter.

Who knew that had to be enabled for Bluetooth to work?

Anyhow, it was an easy fix.

    Open Control Panel

    Select Network and Sharing center

    Then Change adapter settings

Simply right click your Ethernet icon and enable

At least that's all it took for me

    Hope that helps

    Peter

Mine turned out to be the wireless was disabled. Before enabling it, doing a search for bluetooth yielded no results.

After enabling it, it showed up in the search results. Very strange that it wouldn't show up.
