Surface Pro 7 blue screen with only cursor shown

Dear Community,

I am in a fix, I was doing an install of MS Office from my MS account when the Pro 7 hung. I only see a blue screen with cursor that moves around when the mouse pad is used.

No messages and I cannot **** the unit down either.

After the screen goes to sleep, when I hit a key or touch the screen or close and open the keyboard. The blue screen appears.

Help!!!

    Detach the keyboard and hold down the power button for 60 seconds. Does it turn off or not?
