I just bought the surface 3, was working great for one day, then the next day it took some updates, and now every 5 mins for no reason it closes with BSOD and pop out the iaisp64.sys  error.

It doesnt matter what im doing to it, it will just randomly close after some time

I already tried to uninstall the last update but it doesnt let me. I cleared boot. I tryed to restore from the normal way but after a little i get the same BSOD.

Any help?

the Surface 3 hasn't been available as a new device for some time. was this a

    refurb/used tablet?

what do you mean by restoring "the normal way"?

try a complete reimage from a downloadable recovery image

    https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/warranty-service-and-recovery/downloadablerecoveryimage

and if that doesn't resolve the issue, since you just bought this, return for

    full refund.

It is a new tablet, brought from a store. But as every device when you buy it, it tries to catch up the latest updates.

Normal way i mean inside windows, through the function of the restore.

Because there is another way, to restore from bios.

The think you send is exacly what i was gona do now, but it will take some time so i tryed to comunicate with you first.

So if there is no other option, i will infrom here the news of the problem.

You need to get it into safe mode. You can do this by going to settings then update&security then recovery. Under advanced startup hit restart. If you get a  BSOD every time you try this like I did, then shut down the surface. Power it back on and as soon as you see the Surface logo hold the power button down for 20 seconds and it will power off. Do this about 3 times and then turn it on. You should see it boot normally and then it will display a message saying "please wait" and it will then perform startup diagnostics and then it will take you to the start up menu. Here hit troubleshoot and then hit advanced and then select boot options and it will reboot to the boot options screen. Select 5 for safe mode and it will boot to safe mode. Here you should be able to update the intel imaging signal processor 2401. You can find the drives easily from MS by doing a quick google search for surface 3 drivers. After that do a normal reboot and all should be good.
