Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter, Choppy Video

I'm having a serious issue where the video from my SP3 becomes very choppy when I use Microsoft's Wireless Display Adapter. There is an obvious lag as well, however I'm completely okay with that. Lag is not an issue, but choppy video is. Overall, I've found very few people who are having this same issue. Does anyone have any idea why I'm experiencing this and have a fix?

Thank you

What is the distance between your SP3 and the TV with the adapter? Is it ONLY

video that is choppy and is this being streamed from the Internet?Example URLs or info on the source of video?

Do you see a difference if it is locally stored video?

What is the speed of your Internet connection from http://speedtest.net ?

    Distance is roughly 6 feet.

Scrolling seems to be a little choppy as well. Anything that has fast motion.

It is video that is being streamed from the internet, yes, however given that fast movement in any content creates the same affect, I'm feeling that has little to do with it.

    My speed is about 10mbps

Is it perhaps that this device simply cannot operate at the speed I'm needing it to, or does it sound like there's a problem? It's almost like a stutter. The video just doesn't seem fluid.

    Thanks

    What are you scrolling exactly?

Example URLs or info on the source of video?

Do you see a difference if it is locally stored video?

If you supply some exact examples it would help.

    I've had great experiences, see

    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mvpawardprogram/archive/2014/12/15/on-the-road-with-my-surface-pro-3.aspx

where I've documented streaming a ripped MKV of Avatar (as an example).

Scrolling webpages, watching video (local and streaming), I found that the stutter happens whenever there is fast movement. For example, watching YouTube, the video looks as if there are missing frames. It's not fluid, its jittery. There is also lots of motion blur. Same with scrolling up and down any page. It jitters, like a series a fast little jumps instead of a fluid motion.

Example URLS include literally anything on YouTube. Also locally stored files and scrolling on all webpages.

I'm getting the feeling that I'm just expecting more from the product than it can perform.

*note* when I plug in my SP3 via HDMI cable, this issue is not present.

Here is a random example of a webpage it does it on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4o_8zbelwY
