2013-04-29T15:10:54+00:00 I'm guessing it might not like to have the display scaling set to 150% which i think is the default on the surface pro. Change it to 100 or 125 and see if it works.
there are lots of windows applications that don't work correctly when you change the dpi levels... Might be the case with this one too. If it does work after you change it, do contact the company that makes the application to let them know of the inconvenience of the issue. The more people do it, the more likely they will fix it.
