Hi Yogi,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Surface Pro 6. Based on the information you've provided; it sounds like your device may be stuck in a boot loop.
Just to make sure I understand your issue: When you press the power button, the Surface turns on, the startup logo appears, but it never moves past the logo, or it turns off. Is that correct?
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Attach the PSU, confirm the tip is lit, and disconnect all extra peripherals from the device. If the tip doesn't light, there may be an issue with the PSU.
- Force a shutdown and restart your Surface: Force a shutdown and restart your Surface - Microsoft Support
If the problem is not resolved, there is likely a hardware problem with the Surface device. How to get service or repair for Surface - Microsoft Support
I hope this helps. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Your Sincerely
