I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Surface Pro 6. Based on the information you've provided; it sounds like your device may be stuck in a boot loop.

Just to make sure I understand your issue: When you press the power button, the Surface turns on, the startup logo appears, but it never moves past the logo, or it turns off. Is that correct?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Attach the PSU, confirm the tip is lit, and disconnect all extra peripherals from the device. If the tip doesn't light, there may be an issue with the PSU.
