It's not a problem with the graphics driver. I tried bluestacks on my Pro X too, and as you described, the emulator engine will not start. I submitted a ticket with their tech support detailing the issue and requesting a native ARM64 build of buildstacks, as I suspect the error has something to do with running via the x86 emulation. I'd suggest you submit one as well; the more people requesting this the better chance they will act on the request.
can I update my Graphic Drive/card update for my Surface pro 10?
The other day, I was trying to download the android emulator "Bluestacks" on my device. When it finished installing, I tried loading the application and was met with either " This app can't run on this device due to security or performance issues" or on the application itself " Could not start the engine" . Thinking it was just the program not working, I uninstalled the application and tried downloading other android emulators and they all didn't work due to my graphic drive. The last time it was updated was 8/13/2020, and when I tried to update it the system would say that it was the best one for my device. Is there a way for me update my graphic drive or do I just accept it?
