Surface Pen Ink Color

How do I change the ink color of the Surface pen when I'm writing on a pdf? Right now the default ink color is red.

    That reply was from a scammer looking to harm you. The app you are using for PDF
    viewing determines this functionality. Not all apps enable this feature.
