Shipping Instructions for Sending Surface for Repair

Hi,

I've started a repair service order for repairing cracked screen on my Surface Go.

After payment it says that Microsoft would be emailing me the shipping instructions.

I have yet to receive any emails from Microsoft regarding where to ship my Surface Go.

Unfortunately, there are no physical stores in Singapore where I can just walk in.

    Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Community. We're sorry to know that you still haven't received the return label.

    If you place this repair order online, the return label should be sent to the email address associated to your Microsoft account. If you can't find it in your inbox or in the spam, it's best to contact support so that they can re-generate a return label for you and that label contains the information as to where you can send the Surface device.
