EMC Test Report for Surface Pro 7

Hi,

Our company was sent a Surface Pro 7 from overseas. Customs stopped the shipment and now require a "EMC Test Report" for the device in order to release it.

Any idea when I can find such documentation?
I only found something similar, with a list of standards the device complies with, but not this specific report.

Hoe someone can help out with this issue.

    I understand that you need the EMC Test Report to get the device from Customs.

    May I know from where was the device purchased?

    By EMC Test report, you meant the Electromagnetic Compatibility Test report, right?

    Thanks Marrion,

    The device was purchased in Germany and shipped to us. It's meant to be used as the "mind" of a machine from the same company that sent us the Surface device.

    Yes, I mean Electromagnetic Compatibility Test report, That's exactly what we need.

    In the link you sent I could only find the "EU Declaration of Conformity", which unfortunately isn't good enough for the customs requirement here in Israel.

    The EU Declaration of Conformity document should contain the appropriate information: DoC - V.4.8.xlsx (microsoft.com). However, you mentioned that the said document is not enough for the customs requirement, I recommend that you reach out to our live support to open a support ticket so we can work with the appropriate teams to provide the needed document.
