    Hello april contreras,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I understand how important this set up for you.

To create and change the local user or administrator account on your device, please follow the instructions on Create a local user or administrator account in Windows (microsoft.com).

After you are logged in to your new administrator account, if you wish to remove the old account, press Windows + R and type "netplwiz". From there, select the account name you wish to remove. Take note that all the data on that account will be removed as well so ensure to back it all up before removing.

    I hope this helps.
