my Microsoft Surface Book 3, which has encountered a design flaw issue and has developed a hairline crack. Although my device is currently out of warranty, I believe this issue stems from a manufacturing or design defect, rather than normal wear and tear. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Surface Book 3, I noticed a sudden appearance of a hairline crack on the device. It is important to note that this crack did not result from any accidental drops, mishandling, or misuse on my part. Furthermore, I have taken meticulous care of the device, ensuring it was always used under normal operating conditions.

Based on my research and discussions with other users, it has come to my attention that this particular issue is not an isolated incident. There have been numerous reports of similar hairline cracks affecting the Surface Book 3 models, suggesting the presence of a design flaw in the manufacturing process.

Please someone let me know the next steps I should take to proceed with the repair process.
