Dear All,

I have purchased my surface pro signature cover from Amazon on Feb, 1st 2022 and it is under warranty for 1 year.

But when I registered the item serial to Microsoft, I have received a message saying warranty is expired. Which is not the case because after the purchase from Amazon,n1 year is not completed.

I need to return this and requesting for a replacement

Warranty concerns are best handled with our live support team. This is beyond of our support here in Microsoft Community as we only have limited access on our tools. You may contact them following the instructions below.

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support and select Devices.
    2. Choose your preferred support method.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.
