The issue could be related to driver. We suggest the methods below:
- Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check for Windows update.
- Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > In the list of available troubleshooters, select Bluetooth. > Follow on-screen instructions.
- Does your Kensington and Lenovo has a wireless USB dongle?
