Hi,

My Surface Pro X won’t detect my wireless mouse. I tried shutting down, disconnecting cables, etc with no luck.

I am using a Kensington mouse and tried it with a Lenovo mouse too - both unsuccessful!

Please help!

    Hi MaeAntonio,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.

The issue could be related to driver. We suggest the methods below:

    • Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check for Windows update.
    • Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > In the list of available troubleshooters, select Bluetooth. > Follow on-screen instructions.
    • Does your Kensington and Lenovo has a wireless USB dongle?

    Looking forward.
