Hello ChongK1RK,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear about this issue on your headphones. Definitely, not the experience we want you to have.
In this case, I'd highly suggest resetting your headphones to its factory settings. Use the power button
- Press and hold the power button (#1 in the diagram below) for 20 seconds until you hear that your headphones have been reset to the factory defaults.
Use the Surface app
- On a Windows 10/11 PC: Open the Surface app, then select Surface Headphones > Device information. Under Factory reset, select Reset now, and then select Reset now to confirm.
Otherwise, you can also try resetting its firmware:
- Plug the USB cable into your Windows 10/11 PC or into a USB power adapter (not included) for a wall outlet.
- Press and hold the power button on your headphones.
- While still holding down the power button, connect the USB-C end to your headphones.
- Release the power button.
Let me know how it goes. I'll wait for your response.
Regards,
StevenK
