Surface Pro 4 : Display Image Burn / Overlap issue.

Hi All,

I have a Surface Pro 4. Its been working wonderfully so far, however over the past few weeks we noticed that the Display suddenly captures an issue and stores it.

That image stays on the screen (about 60% opacity) till we reboot the machine. This occurs no matter what application we are using or even just the on the desktop.

As per Windows Update, we have all the latest and greatest Firmware / Patches.

Does anyone else have this issue, if yes, were you able to fix it and how?

    Hi John,

To help you resolve your concern, you can run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit to check for possible software issues. If the issue persists, we suggest that you send it for service or visit the nearest local Microsoft Store to have it checked.

    Regards.
