Does the surface go tablet run microsoft access similar to a desktop/laptop?

My office is considering buying a Surface Go 2 for our business. One thing I would like to know is if Microsoft Access displays on the tablet the same it would on a desktop and not just a simplified version to fit the tablet screen.

    Surface Go 2 comes with Windows 10 Pro operating system. With that being said, you can get all the access and complete features similarly offered in desktop and laptops.
