We are sorry to hear that there are errors running the GoogleDrive app on your Surface Pro X. Yes, that is right, the Surface Pro X is a Windows 10 ARM based device. 64-bit (x64) apps would need emulation support to run. Without 64-bit emulation, only 64-bit (ARM64), 32-bit (ARM32) or 32-bit (x86) (using x86 emulation) apps/drives will run on the device. The 64-bit emulation will be coming soon in Preview via the Windows Insider program.
For more details, please check this Surface Pro X article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/surface-pro-arm-app-performance
Based on the GoogleDrive installation requirements, the current accepted Windows system is from Windows 7 and up. We also suggest to reach out to the Google support and see if there are workarounds for Windows 10 ARM devices.
