Package lost in transit. Microsoft doesn't refund me.

Question

For months I have been trying to get the right person on the phone at Microsoft.

I send my phone for repair to Microsoft.

This package had to be send through UPS with a label provided by Microsoft.

This package got lost by a UPS access point.

Microsoft is paid the damage of this lost phone.

I tried asking UPS if they can refund to me the damage because it was my phone that got lost.

UPS says it is Microsoft responsibility to give me that money, because they already gave the money to microsoft.

As adviced I tried to get in contact with different Microsoft support departments. All of which send me to Surface support.

Surface support just keeps replying that they cannot help me and ignore me.

Laywers are too expensive but I really think it is my right to be refunded. According to UPS Microsoft got refunded 510 euros for my phone.

How do I get the right contact within Microsoft to get my money back?

Truely disgusting how Microsoft handles this case. They keep me busy for antoher month with useless burocracy and keep repeating that they will do eveything to fix this issue and thank me for my patience.

After that they just ghost me and I get no help what so ever.

They only waste my time.

This is truely criminal, UPS paid microsoft 510 euros for my lost phone. Microsoft is keeping it.

Truely a criminal and incompetent company. Makes me sick
