surface rt keyboard doesn't work

Hello!

Today when I turn on my Surface rt it just finished updating and configured completely. After that the letter keys does'nt work. Only the mouse pad is woking. What can I do to make this work? It was ok when I shut the surface down last night. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello MarioManzanero,

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Surface RT’s cover.

    Try the following steps:

    Open device manager.

    Remove the cover device from device manager.

    Disconnect the cover.

    Shut down the Surface RT via the shutdown option under settings.

    Leave it shutdown for 20 seconds.

    Connect the cover to the Surface RT.

    Turn it back on.

    Check to see if the cover is now functional.

    If that does not resolve the issue, go through the troubleshooting steps here.

    Let us know if this restores functionality.

    Hello MarioManzanero,

    I was just wondering if you have any updates for us.  Did you try the steps provided by myself or Arisence?  Did either of them work?
