Surface RT won't turn on after 2 years of being unused

My surface rt charger showed a symptoms of being broken until the charger won't light on . So my item was fully drained and can't use it for about two years. Now I bought a new charger but the problem is I can't startup my item at all. I've tried looking up for a fix on different forums regarding to this problem but it didn't help me at all. Sorry for bad English.
