Hi Minh Tien Do,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.
For your questions about the Surface Integration Service, it's a driver that ensures the default Balanced power plan is set correctly when the operating system is updated. We don't suggest removing it.
For the type cover issue, we also suggest the steps below:
• Detach and re attach the keyboard to your Surface Pro 4.
• Clean the magnet connectors of the Type Cover.
• Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkitand make sure to check for Windows 10 updates.
• Check the specific OS build of your Windows Settings > System > About. Download the driver and firmware for Surface, choose Surface Pro 4 and click download on the next page. Please choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next. After the download, run and install the .msi then Restart the Surface Device.
• Access the UEFI settings while the typecover is connected, click on this link to know how you can access the UEFI settings. Once you're on the UEFI settings, use all the keys specially the arrows and the touchpad to confirm if the keyboard is working or not.
Keep us updated about the issue by replying on this thread.
Kind regards,
John Neil_J
