    Hi Paul,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing Microsoft support. Would you tell me if you encounter the problem shown in the picture below when accessing the Microsoft Support page?

If this is the case, there has been such a problem recently and engineers are investigating and working to resolve it.

You can try some troubleshooting to see if that alleviates the problem:

    • Try changing the network environment, such as using a mobile hotspot, public Wi-Fi, or restarting the router.
    • Clear browser cache and cookies:

    Open Microsoft Edge.

Click the three-dot menu (more options) in the upper right corner.

    Select "Settings".

Navigate to "Privacy, search, and services".

Under "Delete browsing data", click "Choose what to clear".

Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data", then click "Clear now".

If that's not the question, or I misunderstood. Can you please provide more details about the error message you are receiving? This will help me better understand the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution.

I hope this helps. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Your Sincerely

Hahn. W - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
