I have sent my computer in for repair twice and it has been returned but not repaired. My computer is under warranty. I currently have the surface pro 9. I have tried calling the 1-800 number over 10 times and an unable to connect to an agent. The online support is not helpful.

    Hello, Byrn Mary.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

To help you reconnect with the Surface support team and create a new service order, allow me to share the following steps with you.

Due to the poor state of your current device, I recommend that you use another device to log into your browser to perform the following:

    1. Use your personal Microsoft account (not your organization account) to access the following links:

    Contact - Microsoft Support

    1. Type Surface not fixed under warranty, press Enter, and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:

    1. Select Technical Support and select the device model (Surface Pro) you are currently using in Product family, then click Confirm:

    1. You will see contact options for Chat support and Phone support, please contact them during business hours:

The above is a proper process of reaching out to a real support person. Always choose Technical Support in the category.

I wish you all the best.

    Best Regards.
