Hi Jose,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your network settings on your Windows 11 Surface Pro 4. Let's troubleshoot this together! Here are a few steps you can try:
- The Windows Network Troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix Wi-Fi problems. Here’s how to use it:
- Select Start and type settings. Select Settings > System > Troubleshoot.
- Select Other Troubleshooters.
- Select Network Adapter > Run.
- Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.
- Force a shutdown and restart your Surface: Force a shutdown and restart your Surface - Microsoft Support
- Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit: Fix common Surface problems using the Surface app and Surface Diagnostic Toolkit - Microsoft Support
- If Wi-Fi settings are missing on your Surface, Wi-Fi might be disabled in Device Manager.
- Select Searchon the taskbar, enter Device Manager, and select it from the results.
- Select the arrow next to Network adaptersto expand the adapters list, and check to see if one of the following adapters is listed: Marvell AVASTAR Network Controller
- Double-click your network adapter, select the Drivertab, and then select Disable Device.
- In the warning box, select Yes.
- Restart the network adapter by selecting Enable Device.
- Restart your Surface by selecting Start > Power > Restart. If you have updates pending, select Update and restart.
- Select Searchon the taskbar, enter Device Manager, and select it from the results.
- Select the arrow next to Network adaptersto expand the adapters list, and check to see if one of the following adapters is listed: Marvell AVASTAR Network Controller
- Double-click your network adapter, select the Drivertab, and then select Uninstall Device.
- Select Attempt to remove the driver for this device and then select Uninstall.
- Restart your Surface.
- Reset using the most appropriate choice. If you've tried basic troubleshooting options, you may need to restore or reset your Surface. If the issue occurs after a reset, then the root cause is very likely hardware related. Restore or reset Surface for Windows - Microsoft Support
I hope this helps. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Your Sincerely
