    Hi S Moran SPP,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. Based on your description, I understand that you were having issues in connecting to Wi-Fi on your Surface Pro 6 which prompted you to do a factory reset but now you are stuck on the set-up page where you are asked to connect the device to your network.

I would like to clarify first on the issue that you were having before the reset. Is it that you are able to see the Wi-Fi network but unable to connect, or you are able to connect but no Internet access, or is it that the Wi-Fi settings/option on the device does not show up at all?

Also, on the factory reset, is it a reset within Windows or was it a clean installation of Windows through USB Recovery?

To proceed with this, let us try first to finish the set-up after the reset where you are unable to connect to your network. I assume that on that page, you are not seeing the option to just skip that step for now or the "I don't have internet" option. If yes, try pressing the Shift key + F10 and see if the Command Prompt window opens up. If it does, type this command OOBE\BYPASSNRO then hit Enter. The device will restart and start with the set up again but once you are back on the network connection step, you should now see the option to skip or the "I don't have internet" option. Select it then proceed with the next steps to finish the set up.

Once the set up is finished, please check in Device Manager, under Network adapters if the Marvell AVASTAR Wireless Network Controller shows up and if it shows an error. Provide us with the error if yes.

Let me know how it goes and we may recommend other troubleshooting steps once we have received your responses to the questions above.

    Kind regards,

    Marrion

I am having the same issue as previously described on surface pro running windows 11. I tried the F10 key. Would not let me enter the command prompt.

Can this issue be resolved? Should I return the device to Best buy where I purchased it.
