Hello cva kumar,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Thank you for the screenshot information you provided, but I can only see the first screenshot. If there is critical information in the second screenshot, please re-publish it.
I was able to notice an anomaly in the blue box in the first screenshot. If you are still able to boot up and access your desktop, follow these instructions to try reinstalling the display adapter and OEM panel drivers:
- Select and hold (or right-click) Startand select Device Manager.
- Expand the Monitorsection, select and hold (or right-click) the Surface panel driver(s), then select Uninstall device. Read the warning, then select Uninstall and restart your PC.
- Expand the Display adapters section, select and hold (or right-click) the listed adapter (Intel and NVIDIA graphics drivers), then select Uninstall device. Confirm by selecting Attempt to remove the driver for this device, then select Uninstall and restart your PC.
If the problem persists after restarting the Surface, download and manually install the driver and firmware package for Surface Go 2:
Download Surface Go 2 Drivers and Firmware from Official Microsoft Download Center
After manual installation, restart your Surface again and verify that the problem persists.
If this white spot still exists, then it is most likely a hardware failure, and you need to send your Surface to the Surface support team, who have the expertise and equipment to inspect and repair your Surface.
I can direct you to get in touch with Surface Live support, who can help you create a repair order.
Here are the steps:
- Use your personal Microsoft account (not your organization account) to access the following links:
- Type Surface, press Enter, and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:
- Select Technical Support and select the device model you are currently using in Produce family, then click Confirm:
- You will see contact options for Chat support and Phone support, please contact them during business hours:
I wish you all the best.
Best Regards,
