How to clean Surface Laptop vents?

My stupid f-ing cat puked on my couch. While my Surface Laptop was sitting on it. Upside down. What appeared to be a small amount of puke went into the vents just below the hinge. At first I didn't worry about it too much because it seemed like it was such a little bit of puke. But now my laptop runs hot and the fan is really loud all the time. Any ideas for how I can clean this stuff out? I've read that the case is pretty much impossible to open, so I have no idea what to do.

Thank you for bringing this up to Microsoft Community. We don't recommend opening your Surface devices for it will void the warranty of it due to tampering. It would be best to Contact support for replacement options or you can always visit a Microsoft Physical Store near you. And just to set your expectation, the concern might cause a liquid damage on your device.
