Can I buy something from the Microsoft store with mexican card?

I’d like to know if I can buy it with a Mexican credit/debit card and ship it to US (From the US page), I haven’t proceed to checkout from step one because of this. It’s a present for a family member that is living is the US but I'm in Mexico and my cards are from here

Something I want to buy Is from this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/collections/businessdevices?icid=Cnavbusinesslist&HeaderID=department-windows

(The step 1 asks for the shipping address but I’m not sure if should coincide with the payment address from step 2)

    You should be able to place the order using the accepted payment methods which are PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards. Kindly use the address registered for the card as the billing address. We also suggest contacting your bank to verify the purchase.
