Netflix Offline Download

Netflix has a new option where you can Download movies to watch when WiFi is not available.  I do not have that option on my Surface RT 8.1. Anyone know the fix?

    If you are talking about the Netflix APP, it is up to Netflix to provide this functionality via an app update.
